Our platform, Архипедија, is based on Atom 2.4, a stable version of a user friendly, web based software for archival description. Although our current archival descriptions are only available in Serbian (Cyrillic), the interface itself still functions as a multilingual software. Thanks to the standardized description which is based, in our application, on ISAD(G), non-Serbian speaking users are able to easily discern between different elements and levels of our descriptive data, which they can then use either through automated translation or a direct inquiry.
In an upcoming, long-term future phase of our descriptive work, top-level description titles (ISAD 3.1.2) will be translated to English.
